Macao Conservatory of Music
From time to time opportunities arise that enable the BWS to bring word of the highest standards of musical excellence to eductional institutionsI far beyond its native city. Such an occasion occurred in 2007 when BWS President Matthew Ruggiero was invited to lead a series of master classes at Macao Conservatory of Music in China. These photos show him interacting with individual students as well as with a woodwind quintet. All the students exhibited an eagerness to learn and were grateful for the opportunity of gaining new insights into the challenges of performing music at a professional level.
